Broadview Estates was established in 1982 along the scenic shore of Broad Creek in Annapolis, Maryland. Our neighborhood includes a unique mix of the original circa 1800 replica homes intermixed with a variety of contemporary styles.

Broadview Estates Community Association
Our Broadview Estates Community Association (BECA) is a volunteer organization operated by a Board of Directors (BOD), elected annually by the residents. Unlike other for-profit homeowner's associations, BECA is focused on the needs and priorities of the community and exists to serve the community with amenities and events to enhance their enjoyment of their properties.

Our Waterfront Park is located on Broad Creek and provides convenient access to the South River and Chesapeake Bay. Its amenities include a community pier with boat slips for residents, a protected shoreline, picnic tables, and small boat racks all accessible by a paved pedestrian path with access to community golf carts for transportation of boating equipment.
